Article 2 The number of awards and bursaries and the amount of bursaries in the institute shall be determined according to the total amount of awards and bursaries allocated to the institute by the school. After the applicants of all grades are reviewed and appraised by the scholarship application committee, the candidates who apply for the scholarship project in each grade and rank first, after signing the letter of acceptance, the maximum amount of scholarship received per month shall not exceed NT$18,000 or Class A The scholarship is NT$10,000. Article 3 Application and review of awards and bursaries:
(1) Applicants for awards and bursaries:
1. Only general postgraduates (including returning students) officially registered in our institute.
2. Postgraduates who have one of the following circumstances are not allowed to apply for this award or bursary;
(1) Those who work part-time and part-time off-campus.
(2) Those who work part-time on campus or receive other scholarships and subsidies, the total amount of which is higher than this award and bursary.
3. Postgraduates who participate in major-related special research, and the amount of research subsidy they receive is not higher than this award or stipend, can receive both this award and bursary, but only one research subsidy can be received at the same time.
(2) Application time and review method:
1. Postgraduate students should prepare the application form and attachments within the application period announced by the institute to apply. After the review and evaluation by the office meeting, the names of candidates for scholarships and grants will be announced and a letter of acceptance will be issued. Accepted candidates must return the signed acceptance form within the time limit. Late application or signing of the acceptance letter shall be regarded as a waiver.
2. Scholarship Review Committee: It is composed of two teachers convened and selected by the director, and accepts the review, evaluation and recommendation of candidates; the director is the convener of the committee. The selection results will be announced by the committee.
(3) Assignment of work:
Recipients of awards and grants are assigned according to their internal work tasks (teaching and teaching-related administration, administrative project work, research work); priority is given to assisting teaching and teaching-related administrative work, followed by For the administrative project work, if the above two tasks can be satisfied and there is a balance, then assign to assist teachers in research work.

(2) Please prepare photocopies of officially published articles, articles under review or articles to be published (the purpose, purpose or field of the journal to be submitted must be attached, and the article to be submitted should be prepared in accordance with the format specified by the journal).
(3) Already have a TA certificate, attach a photocopy.
Article 4 The effectiveness of applicants' work shall be evaluated by the director and relevant teachers. If the work is not effective and there are clear facts, the application may be restricted or the award and bursary shall be suspended after the approval of the award and bursary review committee. Article 5 The awarding month of this award and stipend depends mainly on the amount of the annual award and stipend. In principle, the award will start from the month of registration for freshmen, and start in August for postgraduate students in the second grade, until the end of January or the end of July of the following year. , graduates will be issued until the month of graduation. If the postgraduate students who have received awards and stipends have to take a leave of absence or withdraw from school, the payment will stop on the date of the leave or withdrawal.
